To gather more insightful customer feedback, we have also introduced Additional Questions following the Customer Notes section.
With this update, you can:
Create up to 5 extra questions to survey your customers
Choose from 3 answer formats to match your survey intention:
Checkboxes let customers select multiple options
Radio buttons require choosing exactly one item from a list
Notes offer space for detailed feedback, reviews, or preferences.
To view customers' answers, visit Returns and click Manage in a specific return request, next scroll down to Additional questions.
The latest enhancement to Customer Notes offers merchants flexible settings to customize optionality and titles.
