We’ve introduced Gift Exchanges, allowing gift receivers to easily exchange items or opt for store credit without the hassle.

Why Did We Build This New Feature?

In response to customer feedback and the increasing demand for a simpler returns process, we’ve introduced Gift Exchanges to improve the experience for gift receivers.

This update addresses the need for privacy, flexibility, and convenience during gift returns.

What’s in it for you?

This update will enable you to:

  • Simplify Returns for Gift Receivers: Allow gift receivers to exchange items or choose store credit, whether the gift was purchased online or in-store. In-store returns will still need to be initiated and processed by staff through Rich Returns if the order number is available in Shopify.
  • Enhanced Privacy: Gift givers won’t be notified about the exchange, providing a seamless and confidential experience.
  • Increased Flexibility: Gift receivers can start the exchange process without needing the original order info, making the experience easier and quicker.
